The conference "It's About Europe, It's About You", photo exhibition and exhibition of paintings on the theme "Georgia- European Country" and several presentations about the European countries will be arranged at the International Section of the European School.

On 26th of February the European School was visited by Zachary Ellington - the tournament director of the World Scholar’s Cup. He met MYP students from grades 8- 10. Mr. Zac presented the values and the vision of the World Scholar’s Cup to our students, who got inspired to discover new strengths and practice new skills during the Global Round 2013 in Dubai.
On 5th of April at 15:00, European School will hold it's annual Open Day.Visitors will receive full information about International Baccalaureate (IB) and Advanced Placement (AP) programs implemented in Georgian and International sections. Parents will be introduced to the Kindergarten of the European school as well as Primary and Middle sections of the school.

This seminar will be held in Strasbourg, 21-22 March 2013 within the framework of the project "Shared histories for a Europe without dividing lines" launched by the Council of Europe. The history teacher Natia Pirtskhalava will attend the seminar.
On 4th, 5th and 6th of March 23 students from the MYP section of the European School participated in the world's largest educational contests. The winner of the Literacy competition is Nadia Chadzimikhelakis (G7), in Maths competition the winner is Demetre Arveladze(G6) , in Science contest-Tatia Bakuria(G9). The best result in three contests in total has shown Shahrezad Najafipour(G7).
We congratulate our students and wish them further success!
On 15th of March at the European School an exhibition of MYP G10 students’ Personal Projects was held. Each student made a presentation about the personal project and exhibited the final product in the main hall. Many interesting products were introduced to the visitors of the exhibition: the breadboard model of a fountain, the electronic educational game, the film, the web-page, the solar-powered boat, paintings, fashion clothes, booklets, the plastic bank card and many others. At the end our Korean students presented Korean food to the guests of the event.
We wish our students to have many successful days in the future!
On 15th of March students of the European School will organize a campaign to prevent an addiction to nicotine in early age.
The slogan of the campaign - “My Friend Doesn't Smoke!”
The goal of the campaign - to develop a common idea about danger of using nicotine and alcohol at young age.
On 6th of March at the European School the concert dedicated to Mother’s Day will be held in the Main Hall at 15:30. All the participants are our musically talented students. The comperes are the head of the Students’ Parliament Salome Khvistani and the vice-head Irakli Kikoria.
